When the HF 44" was on sale last month, I grabbed one, along with one side cabinet and one side locker. Picked up a piece of counter top (6') at Menards for $45.00, and ended up with this. Actually, for the money, a very nice set and works for me well.

I did similar w/ a Craftsman setup 20 yrs ago. A lot of the other guys had SnapOn boxes. I saw them handing the tool man $20 or $30 every week and was not going to get into that. I have too many hobbies that need $ to hand them to SnapOn.

Agreed, very nice. Unfortunately when I bought my 44”, it was right before series 1 was discontinued - i had no idea that was about to happen. My plan was to eventually get the top and two side lockers as $$ allowed...

Right now I’m thinking of getting a 56 bottom and keep my 44” bottom for less used stuff around the shop.

It seems to fit my needs well. I added a power strip to the locker side panel (with usb ports), and brought one of my reel cords from home. Got tired of hunting down a shop extention cord only to find it tangled up and not working.
