Wasn't sure I'd be able to post these pics thru those thieving mofo's at Photobucket....

15 yr old garage was due for more than just a paint job. Contur cabinetry purchased, the quality is mind-numbing. Can't compare this stuff to the products being sold at Home Depot etc. Pricier, yes, but using the cabinets is a constant reminder of the quality.

PS: This garage deserves the best; It was in this garage that I swapped a 502/502 Ramjet c/w 4L80E, full-size 4x4 t-case and custom Ford 9" rear into my awd Safari

The photobucket links don’t work. You get pages full of ads to look at.

this is what I got after the ad page

Looks very nice!

How tall are you? Your cabinets seem to be mounted pretty high... maybe to hide things from your wife(?), doesn't look like she can even reach them hah.

I LOVE the blue. Its a similar hue to my Kobalt toolboxes. I need a smallish wall mounted cabinet. Maybe I should check out Contur. I mean, how much could they be?

Nice and clean! Are the front of the cabinets curved? Random items I noticed....never seen the garage door spring mounted where yours are and is the a mirror in the corner by the lap top? I like the idea, glance at the mirror while your back is turned and keep tabs on the garage.

One more thing, ditch photobucket, there are better options. I went direct to your page where I could see the thumbnails but when I went to look at an individual image it still popped up the ransom note.

They look great! Do you mind sharing how much these beauties set you back? I'm not made of money, but I don't mind saving up for something quality like this that I'm going to use regularly.

My god, I didn't know that most of you guys could see the pics. I just started another thread and was asked by a member what was up with the duplicate threads.

So sorry guys,

To answer the questions backwards;

garagelogician: Ran me around $8k CAN for the cabinets alone, c/w the over-counter LED lights and butcher block countertops

tdott: The panels can be swapped out, that's the great part about it. Get tired of the colours and just order different colours.
And hell no, the reno cost me over $11k CAN in all, including refinishing the walls, the interlocking tile on the wall, sink etc. I'm broke and I'm done LOL

openwheelracing88: Yeah, the springs are a fancy German set-up

rmmiller: Yes, curved door panels. And the mirror is from an 80's GMC van, pivots up'n down as well as sideways

Thirdyfivepickup: Yeah, blue's my favorite colour. The official colour listed on the Contur site is Santorini Blue

PhysicsDude: 5'6" LOL. I had my previous cabinets (old kitchen cabinets) down lower and I still needed to climb onto a plastic milk crate when I needed something. I wanted head room, so I said what the hell....

wagoncrazy: Metal curved door panels back by some rigid foam that protects them from dings'n ****. Pretty impressive construction, gotta say!
They come in a variety of colours and I think Contur can also offer custom colours and even logos silk-screened into the panels

Guys, thanks for all the comments. Gotta say, I was royally bummed when at first, I wasn't getting any feedback. I was like "Jesus, what does it take to impress these people" LOL. I stopped checking to see if there were any comments 'cause I couldn't figure out a way to post the ****** pics. That's why I started another thread, but I should have looked for this one and simply started over.

Sorry for the duplicate threads, I'll try to delete the 2nd one...
