My wife and I bought this house a little over a year ago, and I think I'm finally at a point where I can start a garage thread.

The interior dimensions are roughly 23 by 14.

I have an older car I like to work on and I also enjoy woodworking. The first thing I did was build the bench. It has sliding doors and is quite deep so there is a lot of storage.

I have two other work surfaces, a fold down wirk table (right side) and another mini bench (left side)

Also, my table saw has a cover that is another work table when it's not in use.

I initially bought the old 113 craftsman table saw b/c it was all I could afford, but soon fell in love with old woodworking tools. I have a Craftsman bandsaw, table saw, and drill press all with the engine turned plates and similar logos. I just picked up the press today from this awesome older gentleman who nearly gave it to me for free! I had been looking for a benchtop, and all that came up for sale near me were absurdly priced. I guess I lucked out.

I am still looking for a Craftsman grinder with the engine turned plate but for now I have this.

The garage is pretty small, so I hung our bicycles on hoists

And I have a reel mower (restored craftsman!) b/c I can hang it up. There is no way with my car and tools I could for a gas mower.

I thought the garage was spacious when I had my daily galant parked in it, but the Camaro is a much longer and wider car. In hindsight, I should have built such a deep bench. Here are pictures of the left over room when the cars in there

I love this site. I read it daily, and am now finally contributing[emoji1]

Lastly, a 360 panorama and obligatory night time shot!

One tip I do. I move the door sensors to the height of the bumper. I usually back my vehicles in so I set them to height of front bumper. One its a parking aid, once car is far enough in I stop. Second, you never worry about closing the garage door on the car. Car in the way will break the beams not allowing door to close until you move it forward. This will give you more room from bench to car.
