OK, I posted a teaser when I picked this thing up on Monday, because I couldn't get it out of the trailer until the weekend... plus I wanted to do a little cleanup on it, since it was FILTHY. Less than two years old, but it inhabited a welding shop and in addition to being absolutely coated in black grinding dust, it had a fine overspray of red oxide primer over most of it.

After getting it unloaded today I did about 4 hours of hard work buffing off the overspray and cleaning out the grit, and I was pretty happy with what I found underneath.

HRA2418, three bays, 18 drawers in Extreme Green. And yes, I have the receipt from the SO dealer showing where the guy paid CASH for it with a zero balance owed.

I don't really have room for this box but I couldn't leave it behind. My business partner and I bought several thousand dollars worth of welding equipment off this guy, so he sold me the box for (what I consider) a really good deal. $1500 samoleans... looking at the price on SO's website now I think I did OK ;) This is actually the first Snap box I've owned, and I just thought the key was the coolest thing :D

Oh, and I'd like to thank the Academy, and most of all WVU Tuba Dale and his own recent KRL Extreme Green purchase, for giving me the courage to bring color into my shop :lol_hitti

Great deal on a sweet box. No problem with the color since you're a Kawasaki guy.

I have a similar 3-bay Matco, 64" wide. I'm wondering why they don't put 6 casters on them instead of 4.

Very nice, I think everyone has the "you ****" covered already. Did you find any goodies when you pulled the drawer out?

YOU.....um.....er......draw an EXTREME VACUUM!:bounce:

I like that a LOT! Red and blue are beautiful, but frankly ordinary. This is anything but ordinary.

Fucker ;)

Saw that one too - great deal.

Is this a new level of acclaim? If so I'll have to start setting my sights higher. I eventually want to collect the whole set, ya know? :lol_hitti

Zrexxer, that is one awesome box. It matches my Mustang, if you decide you really didn't want it... I'd give it a nice home.
