I got asked many times on what templates I used on my IH Scout build so I thought I'd go into a little more depth on them. Here's a link to the Scout build: http://www.garagejournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=312713
These template kits come from Mobile Solutions located in Tempe, AZ. Their website is http://www.mobilesolutions-usa.com/
If any of you do happen to purchase any of these kits I'd be happy to pass on any little tricks I've learned while using them. I've been using them for about 8 years now. Lots can be done with them if you're creative and own a router table.
Each piece of a certain pattern kit are numbered and those number coincide with other kits. You can use two different shapes together and make some cool looking things. Like this:
You can use the same template on each side to make a symmetrical pattern. I've used these to build custom amp racks and covers for subwoofer enclosures in my stereo shop.
I also own the iPod/iPad/iPhone kit. These let you fab a mount for any of these items to use in something like a custom center console.
And I always keep templates I've made for future projects or modifications and repairs to old projects. Here are a few. I have a whole wall full of these things in my other shop.
Here's a few pics of my Dodge Magnum RT that I competed with on the autosound circuit. I was fortunate enough after lots of hard work to win many national level championships in both installation and sound quality and had great fun doing it.

On the beach after winning my first National level show...Spring Break Nationals in Daytona Beach, FL
3 seasons worth of trophies
And a couple of interior pics. You can see here where I applied some of those templates into the design and build.
