I started prepping for this shop in Febuary. With codes and restrictions I decided on a 24'x36' pole building with 12' eves, two 10'x10' doors, one man door and one window. I had to cut down two maple trees wich justified me in buying a new stihl chain saw:). I found an excavator to do the work under the table. I had the pole building company build the building for time and ease purposes. I went with a concrete company the builder recomended then I had a friend do the electrical. I'm done now, I passed final electrical inspection on 6/15. I have since started moving **** in. I'll try to put the pics in order.

I got insulated doors and the insulated vapor barrier on the roof. Later I will insulate the walls and sheet it in. I haven't decided on sheetrock or osb. I still need to plumb the compressor and organize. I just bought a four post lift that should be here soon, then I will have to try and assemble that.

Looks good! Now watch your 'stuff' expand to fill all available space...

I think I already have enough to fill it just emptying my 2 car garage. You don't realize how much stuff you have until you have to move it!

Looks like you went with Flush Frame construction? I have read that is the way to go for pole barns...

Doubled trusses on only 24' depth?? Wow, although they do appear to be on 12' centers??

Have fun populating it, I'm just about to get back at mine, the tornado in April slowed me down a bit, not only because of damage to the building, but having to store everything from another damaged building in my shop.
Both buildings are now repaired so I can get back to business........

I'm not sure what "Flush Frame Construction" means I had them do the comercial girts wich is were the 2x6's are turned flat, this makes it alot easier to insulte later.

The double trusses is just how they did it, I didn't ask for it. I believe they do that because of the 12' spacing.
