My building is 104×66. The land I started with was a hayfield so so adress no water no electricity and no sewer. first step was to put a driveway in the west side. so we dug about 4 feet out of this hill about 15 trucks of gravel all the way over to the east side where I had to put in culverts covered them with dirt and gravel finished up then we took about 1.5 foot off the building site to level it somwhat and get rid of the grass so it wouldnt rot away filled it with lime everything within 6" first load of materials dropped off south wall of posts in 3 walls and doors framed in trusses up started on the tin
Tin all the way up and one garage door in. back side my work car for size reference inside
Other door in but it's a lake out here now. Kind of at a stand still until this dries out

Trenching in the electricity and a tile line
Drilling the well trenching the water line into the building putting septic tank in plumbing roughed inoffice and bathroom in floor heat putting a floor drain in half the floor poured floor done 7" thick got the office bathroom and loft started while waiting on insulationpressure tank in. Finally have running water attic venting installedstarting on insulation liner steel picked upbought a scissor lift to do the steel wiring insulation etc motion lights wall coverings where the work bench will be. ill paint them. Thats where I'm at as of 10-15-20 im sure I'm missing some

Yes I have to trench the conduit in. That is pretty much the next step
