Was going out of town when the painter started the project so don't have "the work in progress" pictures but none the less...

Material Used: Legacy Industrial Standard Epoxy Coating

Color: Fazor Tan

Prep work: broom cleaned > power scrubbed > vacuum > power scrubbed > vacuum > did not wash the floor but looked cleaned

Process: 2 thin coats, 24 hours apart

Results: Looks great and feels solid

Technical help: The man himself.

Had to call him few times (LOL) and never had any problem getting hold of him.

The other garage (2 car), there were few spots that need some attention which hopefully be done, sometimes this week

For some unknown reasons, I did not opt for anti-skid stuff when I epoxied the floor :dunno: and this dang thing is slippery. Options please?

2)- What and where do I get the drain cover. This one snaps in but isn't flushed.

3)- Do I need to caulk the joints?

Thanks

Scuff the floor, removing the sheen. Wipe off the dust. Add another coat of the same material or a urethane with our HDGrip-Soft Skid mixed in.
