Well guys, it's done and here are the final pics from the work done. It looks great and now I am letting it sit for a week before bringing anything in, so there is no doubt that it cures.

Thanks for all of the help and suggestions.

Thanks! I'd like to take credit for it, but the job was done by bigtorque. All credit goes to him.

bigtorque can tell youbetter, but I think it was 50-60 lbs to cover about 425 sq. feet.

Wow. That's quite a bit. Looks fantastic though. I'm only doing 20# for 550sf but I didn't want full coverage and can't afford that much in chips.

You caught me!! Yeah, I did not have anywhere to move the freezer or cabinets, so I cheated. I was hoping no one would notice, but I should have known that the eagle eyes here would catch my indiscretion!:lol_hitti:lol_hitti

You and the misses can hold the fridge up in the air and I`ll coat under it. ;) If you ever wanna coat that square , let me know. I have some material left.

Next floor I do , it wont be 85-90*F out  Working with 6-7 min pot life is not fun.

Thanks for giving me credit but you helped too ... getting everything off the floor , taping off , stuff to drink :beer2:, stuff to snack on. It was great working for you

I took some pics too. This one you can really see the texture and how thick the clear coat is.

Tojan , I used 60 lbs for approx 400 sq ft but I ran out and couldnt cover the last square ( approx 80 sq ft ). Its a full broadcast and I like to throw extra so theres no wet spots. So , came back 7 hrs later (base coat was set up enough to walk on ), and gathered up what didnt stick on the rest of the floor and it was enough to finish the last square so it worked out perfect. I figure 1 lb of flake does about 6 sq ft for full broadcast over 100 sq ft / gal ( 16 mils) of epoxy.
