first custom cart build. this was a project completed in between collision work, so it took many months to finish. i removed the body & did some spot repairs in the plastic, and dismantled the seat & canopy framing & painted them satin black. the seats were sent away for re upholstery (late decision), and a lift kit, steering wheel, custom dash, & larger wheels were added. our paint system couldn't match the color they wanted (root beer metallic), so it was ordered through house of kolor. after paint & clearcoat, i reassembled the frame & seats, & put the body back on it. if somebody could show me how to upload more than 7 pictures i have a lot more.

Nicely done! I've been considering spraying Durabak smooth on my Club Car but I might be going a different direction after seeing this one! Really like that color.

the paint sprayed out really nice. 2 med. wet coats & an effect coat. zero mottling in the metallics.

I didn't realize they made lift kits for golf carts, just assumed they were custom makes sense though now that I think about it. Looks awesome, whats next, sound system, drink cooler, roll bar/nerf bars, gun rack?
