Had nothing much to do at work today, so I dug around and found and old screwdriver, in this case an Aussie Sidchrome driver..
Cut the shank off, faced it, and started to drill it then discovered it was hard. Very hard. So started drilling with cobalt slot drills as I only had regular high speed steel drills. Didn't have a ratchet to scrap at work so took it home and finished it there.
Unfortunately I don't have an oxy at the moment, so I had to resort to mums has stove to heat it up for a nice fit.
And here's the end result. So far impressed.
