At last, after 35 years ... I have my first garage.

It is 38' x 28' with 9' walls.
Loft size is 38' x 14' with 7.5' ceiling.

One 16' door
One 9' door
One 32" man door

It is being built by my friends dad and myself with the help of a few buddies along the way.

Next up .... wiring and insulation. Siding and doors are experiencing delays.

Great looking build! What are you gonna do with all that room? Do you have plans for the loft or just use it for storage? Looks like your boat has found a new home. Nice job, congrats!

The loft will be mostly rec room with a little extra storage. Definitely will include a poker table. :bounce: As for the garage ... I am already short a stall.

And finally, this is how it sits as of today. Next up on the agenda ....
Drywall, and getting the boiler hooked up to try out that in floor heat!

nice. When my Dad helps out, he knows to do it right or I will tear / rip it out and redo it. I like it done right, kinda a perfectionist...I'm told I take after my grandfather.
