We started this 5 weeks ago and worked mostly weekends. Its a 26x40 with 10ft ceiling 8x8 and 16x8 insulated doors. Package was $8850 + $1275 cement(limestone and fiber)= $10,125.00 My buddy does concrete for a large company so he had the all the tools and heavy equipment needed for the job plus I got the cement for his companies cost. He saved me close to $7000 all if I was to hire someone to do all this. Here's a few pics of the build. I think it turned out great. Now for the insulation, wiring and overhead heater.

Good looking barn. Where did you get your package from? I am from GR too and am starting to plan my build.

This is what made America great; friends and neighbors helping their fellow neighbors raise barns so it didn't cost them an Arm/Leg. The building is great but the story up front was even better.
