It's a older snap-on, kc532a I think. Came with one key. I bought it for $100 dollars plus 100 to ship it. The best part is it made in canada. Now I need the matching drawer section.

O.. Very nice  Kinda ***** on the shipping = price of box.

How old are you if you don't mind my asking? That is one heck of a first tool box. Take care of it and should last a lifetime or two.

I have the same box and coincidentally it was my first "decent" box. Mine is stamped "KC532 MADE IN CANADA". I bought it in 1969 at the age of 17. I was in high school and worked at my Dad's Sunoco station. The Snap-on agent that came into the station took a look at my cheap 2 drawer box and told me he'd find me "real" one. It was used and I'm pretty sure made in 1965 or 66. The cost ... $100.

In 2011 I bought a KR570 roller cabinet to go with it. Both are in good working condition and I hope to find some time to restore them both.

I love made in Canada stuff, I have an old Beaver bench-top drill-press, and a Disston hacksaw made by H.K. Porter Ltd. both made in Canada. Nice box!

It's not my first toolbox. But my first "real" toolbox. I am really happy with the depth of the box. I was concerned when looking at 26" boxes that many are only 12-15" deep.
