Hey all,

Thought I would post some pictures of my latest purchase.

Its a Killer Wilton vise. I believe it is a 400s based on some other pics I have seen.

I bought the vise from the Machine shop next to my repair shop. He is closing his shop down and selling off most items. I've been busily buying as much as I can.

As you can see it is dirty and was abused a bit on top. I have a Cuda parts washer at the shop for car parts and heads and what not. It works great at removing the years of neglect and grime.

I chose to use the Verdi Green Hammered paint that most seem to use. It looks great and reports are it holds up well.

I'll have the rest of the pics up in a day or so.

The 450 is an excellent size - not too large or too small. Not that there is such thing as too large when it comes to cubic inches or vises!

Pick up a set of new jaws from GJ member Kevin Scott http://wiltonviseparts.net/ He provides excellent service and quality that surpasses OEM Wilton parts!
