My floor coating is starting!

Coles notes.

1600 sq ft of floor getting done.

A highly recommended Local contractor is doing the work. He's been in this business for 17 years and came highly referred. I was also able to see some of his other work and talk to those clients.

Yesterday was grinding and filling the control joint cuts.

Today they are laying down the base coat and flake system.

Tomorrow is scrapping and two top coats of polyaspartic coating.

Can't wait to see the finished product. It's a grey, black and white flake.

yep, cold here! Interior is at 17 degrees Celsius. Hydronic heating
