Did you buy that Brew Bucket from SS Technologies? Those look pretty sweet!

Yes. Concept is great, and it will do exactly what i want from it. My only gripe is that it was made in china and the welds leave a lot to be desired. The rotating racking arm is a gimmick. You're just spinning the whole ball valve. I have been wanting to convert a stainless pot to the same setup, but I would not have the conical bottom.

My garage space is primarily utilized for brewing and spinning wrenches. I use a gravity fed all-grain brewing system and typically brew 10 gallon batches and keg the finished product.

Primarily ale. Everything is electric now. i can brew 10-15 gallons at a time. I still need to add a hood and vent fan but it's all operational now. Next thing I will be doing is building a Steevo workbench!
