After a ton of research and going back and forth between vendors, I decided to order from Legacy Industrial. My order took longer to arrive than I had planned, but as it turned out, I had a bunch of other house projects to get to, so I will be doing the bulk of the work this weekend.

So far:
- degreased, scrubbed, cleaned floor
- prepped floor with diamablade
- epoxy sealed cracks (twice) with Crack-Pac
Next steps, as far as I know:
- diamond grind (4.5") sides I couldn't reach with diamablade, and also flatten epoxy over cracks
- remove all dust from floor
- prime floor
- epoxy coat floor
- apply flake
- apply clear
- enjoy
