I really like your parts storage system and prodigious use of labels. Very well organized. I bet you could locate any bolt or tool in 10 seconds or less. I like that.

I like the yellow skateboard, I´ve got a green one (same shape and plastic) that I bought in Dublin back in -79.

Live at The Downs on the A167. Wouldn`t mind having a mooch in your garage sometime.
I used to work in C-le-St before I retired.

I too am impressed by how organized it is with the amout of stuff you have in a small area. Like the display case with the 1:18 scale Harleys. Overall looks like a nice place to enjoy a pint or two.

look's like home to me.........BTW my house was built as a bar on rt66. it was called rockhaven tavern.

That sounds a cool piece of History, do you have old pics of it and is it on google earth by any chance.

I had friends in C-le-St thirty years ago... into Northern Soul.

Small world but I wont have known him im afraid im only 38 myself.

I do have another garage with my British Stuff in (ive got 1 classic and 2 modern MG's and a 65 BSA) That one is not at my house so I will get down to it and take pictures when I get a chance.

Very nice, my chevy has to live outside at the moment, 18 odd foot by seven odd foot wide into standard british garage just doesn't go! Especially not when it also has to share space with mowers, tools etc etc.

Hoping to move house soon and going to look at somewhere that whilst it doesn't have a garage currently, does have three and a bit acres of land so I could build something the right size!

I am always impressed by those in the UK, small spaces used to the max. Great spot and well done. We Yanks have a lot of room so we use it, costs a lot to heat and clean.
Come on over and help me get set up, I have a lot of pals in UK into old bikes and cars with very neat shops. Where are you in UK?
Maybe you across the pond are on to something.. as they say you will fill what ever space you have if you have it!!

I've never seen an MGBGT scale model. They were the first item I noticed in your pics. Danged nice MGB GT and Midget. The others I have no clue about. Do they suffer from Lucas rot in the electricals?

Hi

The scale model is by Autoart and the one to the right of that is a ceramic one I had made by a potter in Covent Garden Market (London) even has my registration number on it. And supprisingly the old MG's have never suffered electrical problems but the modern ones suffer badly with British build quality but I still love them but I dont know how well they would have gone down over there probably quiete badly.

Nice use of space. Looking at that reminds me to be thankful for the space I do have.

Where did you get the remove before flight tag?

I've got a couple, courtesy of Air Force friends. Helps when you're piloting a Falcon

Just registered on this website last Friday and have enjoyed looking at all the garages and comments. I'm in the process of remodeling my two stall garage so I can work on the cars I enjoy. Is this a great site or what? I'm admiring a garage in the UK stuffed with a Corvette and I'm in the US with a garage partially stuffed with '67 E-Type. I love it! I'll give an update of my progress and plans for my garage and hopefully some pictures in the not too distant future. When you see the pictures, keep in mind "you have to break a few eggs to make an omlet". Best regards, Mike

How easy are E Types to come by in the states then, its getting harder to find decent ones over here and when you do they are stupid money.

To be honest theres quite a few and a healthy club for them, even worse though is my Dodge Ram there are 2 others within a mile of my house so im thinking of getting a Range Rover just so its not so common :) (Joking of course)
