VERY, VERY well done indeed! An absolutely inspiring renovation!!!

I do have two Q, please:
How long did this accomplishment take?
Any issue with tire/toolbox/workbench weight on your floor covering?

Very nice looking!

I was planning on doing the exact same painting on the walls. How high did you go with the gray? I was thinking 3'. What was the width of the black stripe? Any tips on how to paint the multiple colors and the stripe? For instance, how did you tape it and mark your lines?

I was also planning on putting down some cove molding for the base trim. I'm in cold NY and my garage floor is uneven/falling apart so I wasn't going to do the epoxy.

Thanks!

That is a sweet look'in garage! You did a fantastic job! I have a question...is the floor slippery when wet? Living up here in snow country it's hard to keep the garage floor dry in the winter. And once again that is a sweet spot for your sweet ride.

Its your preference really. Measure from the base board.

Yes very beautiful, I can understand the flake in the floor cuz it looks great but it seems like I'm always dropping some small nut or bolt and I think it would be a nightmare to find.

Any floor, when you drop a small 'bit' just lay a torch on the floor and 'wipe' the beam across the floor. The 'bit' will stand out like a tree in the desert.

What parking pads are you using under the tires? Is that because of the epoxy sealer? Just curious.

I got a question: etching or grinding. I have a newish house - built in 2003 - do I really need to grind the concrete floor or will etching suffice?

nice job, OP. Clean and slick.

thanks.
