Here are a few pictures of my garage. I work out of an office there most of the time.

denm... Yes. 1991 BMW 850 6spd, 1991 M3, 1990 ZR1, 1974 Porsche 911, 1974 2002, Mazda Rx7 (3 rotor) and some bikes.

Sawblades... Thanks. I built this back in the early 90's. And, yep. Pretty eclectic group. Actually focused on a certain group of cars all made from 199-94 and sport of the same thing on the bikes, but I love the old small Guzzi.

BellyUpFish... Gracias.

BluCamaro... Agree. Adds a warm touch to what's otherwise pretty grey and black and white.

Ltfester... I live here.

Thank you for the kind words. I hardly ever leave the garage. I can hop in a car or on a bike and do a quick errand and have a great time. I have food and stereo and plasma tv's and... Why leave? (Well, to drive the cars and bikes...)

Hotz... Hehehe. Like a lot of the guys I am seeing on here, I'm a tad older and have been working on my garage/man cave for 20 years. When I first built it in 1991, I only designed it for 5 cars and 2 bikes. :)

Thanks, e-tek. There are some little things I like. I have a 400 cigar humidor in there and I put theatre lighting above the first bay next to the office/seating area. So, I can put different color Gels in and focus the lights on the car in the first bay, set the light level, get a good cigar, put on some good music and just sit back and stare. :)

Very nice. Really like the inside and especially the black cabinets.
But what's most impressive to me is how the outide seems to blend in and go with the surroundings which is very hard to do with such a large building even if you have a large plot.

GBSnoopy. Thanks. Our little stone house was built in 1756. So, I wanted the garage to sort of match it. One thing I did that helped was I nailed small random pieces of wood at various angles to the sheathing on the outside walls. Then, I put the screen for the stucco over that all. When the stucco went on, the little pieces of wood make the walls look irregular. Not flat. Looks like there as stone underneath... Huge pitch to the roof and some good shingles.

Fillipimini... Inside the garage I have a large standard gauge layout with MTH andf new and old Lionel. Outside around the pool I run G gauge Aristocraft and LGB.
