To say Hi to everyone! Fairly new to the forums and been looking around to gather ideas but I have come on here to see if you guys can provide more help!

Basically a little back story, I just moved into this house couple of months ago. Took a while to find it as whatever was in the price range did not include a decent sized garage, after numerous places looked at and still keeping it within budget came across this place. The garage is attached to the house and its a 20x20.

I am a big DIYer, I've had a Jeep since I was 19 and basically did everything on that, I've since sold that Jeep and acquired another one that's newer and in absolutely pristine condition that does not get winter driven, my previous one didn't either.

So between my Jeep and BMW, I have something constantly to fix. However since the new Jeep has basically no mileage (18,000 km) and it's a 2005 Unlimited, 4.0L, 6speed there shouldn't be a whole lot to fix but just mod! The BMW is a winter warrior and is a complete other story in regards to fixes.. :lol_hitti

Now, with the garage being a 20x20 I don't have all kinds of space to throw stuff around so I am trying to keep stuff as organized and clean as possible.

The Jeep is going to go in the far back, right corner when I park it for the winter in another month. Hence why I haven't touched the walls there as I don't want to hang anything to interfere with the jeep.

Now on the left side, I have 2 work benches that are about 4feet each and a tool chest. I am not sure what to do with the corner there as that seems to be space that's not properly utilized currently. I still have my MIG welder sitting in the box as I don't want to unbox it and then not know what to do with it due to space..

Also, the snowblower will go in the front right corner by the door so it's easy to push it out once ol' man winter comes. However that corner also doesn't seem to be properly utilized, unsure if I should do shelves or what?

The back wall is quite empty besides the hand winch that is used to lift my hardtop off and have it hanging over the summer. I also have some storage space up top as you can see where I stored some tires already.

Please I am looking for advice on how to open this space up and make it look and feel bigger. But at the same time I am looking for organization ideas and where to put what. Any advice you guys have for me I am open to. I am going to have to open up the back wall there that has a hole as the GF backed up into the garage and put a hole there on top looks like bent the stud...

Overview.

Back right corner where Jeep will be tucked away.

Corner that I feel like isn't being used properly and plan on pushing the snowblower to so its close to the door.

Left side of wall where my work bench is, the T looking thing at the far back wall is my bracket I constructed to hook onto the hardtop when I lift it off.

Some overhead storage from the PO, however I am reluctant to just throw stuff on there because I am not sure how much I trust it. And also once the Jeep is under there it's going to be hard to get at things.

Yeah, don't want to drive a 2005 Jeep in the winter. Can't risk that piece of automotive history...

...it's a Jeep, why would you not drive it in the winter?

Why? It's light weight. Driven a few Jeeps in the winter and even tho they are great offroad, their not quite the same in the winter months. When it gets to -35 and the thing feels like a brick going down the road..

Yah sure why not, the BMW is all wheel drive. Much heavier and safer during bad road conditions.

Any help on the actual issue/question I had?
