My Garage-start/finish

Sorry, did not know about the garage journal till after it was just about done.
So here's the details,
24x32.......barn style roof(up-stairs storage).........on concrete pad
Inside finished off by me and friends. the patio was the finishing touch
and made for a happy wife........you know what they say...happy wife...happy life.
Project was started last oct. and finished up last month (for the most part)

Nice project man!! I see you got the straw hat guys in to build the garage, they do good work. There have been several guys on GJ from Ohio, Pa. etc. that went that route, to a man they were all very satisfied with the quality of work they got.

I really like the side terrace and fire pit as well. Going with a curved shape rather than something squared off and rectangular gives the whole thing a much more inviting and comfortable look. Thanks for sharing it with us. :thumbup:

Thanks...........The loft size is 24x32..except where the stairs come up.
It's what they tell me is a floating pad.....8 in. stone and 8 in. concrete(with r-bar). The floor is notched in case of stress cracks. (it's now been a year, no cracks)
Quality workmanship at a fair price, but what i like best is the honesty....no BS.
