I am new to The Garage Journal. Here is my garage where I tinker alot. It is basically a three car garage but it is two cars deep making it a five car garage.
Sort of.

Nice garage. I think it's great with all the space you have. If you don't mind me asking, where's you get the cabinets from and how much?

Welcome to GJ! Please put your general location in your profile.

Looks like a nice place to work on projects. What sort of projects do you do in your garage? More pics would be great.

This is really an old picture. I have made alot of improvements since. I built the cabinets myself and finshed them myself. The staining and finshing was alot of work. They match my kitchen cabinets. They are made of Ash. Naturally the door were fabricated by a professional that makes only doors.

I have since made a Roubo Split Top Wood workking Bench and added anothe similar Bench that I purchased from a retiring friend.

I also build cars. My latest is my 92 Mustang Coupe that I built myself in my garage from the 331 stroker to the Maximum Motorsports Suspension.

Most recently, I have been getting into Vises and Anvils. Still learning.

In response to an earlier question about where did I get the cabinets;

I made them. They match our kitchen cabinets and are made of ash. Making the cabinets was easy. Just start making boxes and trim them. The ash doors were ordered from a cabinets shop.

Finishing them (staining, sealing, etc.) was an ordeal. That took a month of hard work. I used laquer. Toning the stain to match my kitchen was work. Then did the tops in formica that looks like granite.

Next in line, I a going to build another matching cabinet and install a traditional dual SS sink, like in a kitchen. That will look better and give me some more storage.

Thank You for your kind words.
