Hey Guys!

Well after being a renter for WAY to long and being able to do "what I want" in the garage it finally happend, My wife and I finally were able to buy our first house!!!
House was in rough but not horrible shape when we bought it just needed some love...moved in 12/1/12

anyways on to the garage!! I pretty much had a blank canvas to start with so that was a good thing! but I did have a few things done that gave me a nice start, epoxy painted floor (will one day be replaced by a racedeck type tile), 95% drywalled, and a 4 - 15amp gang boxes on one circut along one wall...

here is where I am at so far...much left to do!

-added 3 new 20amp circuts (one for compressor only)
-copper air line throught garage with multiple quick connects
-new lighting
-workbench 11'
-cabinets
-shop sink
-wall mounted A/C (so cal gets hot!!)

Thanks guys!

We are very excited to be owners now! just lots of work to be done!

Yes you spy some RC's up there...been in and around the sport for quite awhile now, everything from Monster trucks, Racing (almost every class) to Crawlers, Heli's...only a couple left though...Jammin SCRT-10 short course and a LOSI ***-CR buggy.

Next on the list to do:

hang a few more shelves

finish mounting speakers and wiring in the radio

paint: walls, cabinets, workbench

organize all my tool box drawers

flooring (racedeck or similar)

lots planned, just need the time and $$ to make it happen...

Another thing I did was mount my air hose reel and air chuck holders and add a new 100ft Goodyear hose.

Was the ceiling blue before you got it?

Yes it was blue like that when I moved in, not my first choice but it has grown on me. It was used as a home office at some point by the previous owners...Next on the list is paint though!

Looking good, great there just seems to be one major problem. You need a bigger beer fridge!!! Great looking bench.
