Would like some ideas on paint for the walls. Paint with primer? Color?

Great looking shop. I prefer white or light color walls myself cause it makes it bright. Maybe a shade or 2 lighter than the outside so it all blends.

My block walls have white water base exterior paint, the floor I've got 7mil pic tiles. You have a great garage there so whatever you do I'm sure it's going to look fantastic.
