This is my 30x42 and my second home. The picture was taken when I bought the house. The lawn has since been repaired.

Looks like a great start! Definitely need to see more pics!
Here's a shot of my 'working' bay, taken from the bay where I park my pickup. This room is 30X30. There's an adjoining room that's 12X30 on the other side where I make my carpentry messes.

The garage includes central heat and air, in-wall air plumbing all around and a projection tv setup that the previous owner left.

I've added some LED lighting over the workbench, as well as a lift. I also added two 12 plug power strips over the 16' workbench (There's another 8' bench in the other bay). I also hardwired a Cat6 cable from the house for tv and internet. What's missing in this picture is the 3" burgundy stripe I painted all the way around.

Coming from a 25X25 garage with a scissor lift to this has been just plain great. The garage is 30 square feet bigger than the house is.
