Between 265 & 485 SQ/FT My garage

I have always had very neat, fairly well set up garages, but for the last 20+ years they were all rentals. I was recently able to purchase a home and can now do what I want in a garage.

I still have a list of projects, but it's mine and I'm happy, so I figured I'd share.

On the list of to do's is to hang jackstands, attempt to clean the floor, install extension cord reels, install air hose reel, install dedicated outlets for air compressor, welder, and RV (outside), and figure out a stand for the Kennedy tool box and a motorcycle lift.

Nice - Congrats! My first house had one pretty much that same size and I enjoyed the hell out of it. Your lighting looks better than mine was, which is an excellent place to start.

A pressure washer and some spot cleaning with muriatic acid will clean up most anything on concrete pretty nicely. I'd be tempted to upgrade the floor before you go to nut elsewhere. Polished, epoxy, tile, those snap in plastic tiles, etc.

Thanks. Lighting was the first upgrade. 5 Harbor Freight dual LEDs.

That's the plan for clean up. It looks like it's already epoxy coated but not sure. It's a PT slab floor.
