My garage

I landed a great deal on some land with a house and great size garage. Actually the garage measures bigger than the house. The house is only 800 sq ft and the garage is a bit over 1000 sq ft.

The garage still needs lighting,door,drywall,ect..

i just gotta say it, real muscle cars have trunks not hatches. i had a notch back mustang and my buddy has a gt and he was always raggin on my car about the trunk. i would always respond that real muscle cars have a trunk. hatches belong on escorts. oh and nice garage.

Hard to tell what kind of storage space is at the top of those stairs. Will those joists support any kind of load if your lay down some floor grade plywood? Does it have electrical service?

Not sure about the joists but check out that beam. I'm not an engineer but I'd bet a ton wouldn't even make it creak.
