I am in the process of planning a garage that myself and my family will live in until we build our home next to it later on. I have pretty much settled on a 38 wide by 41 long, measuring from the inside of the stem wall, garage with gable entry garage doors. The side walls will be 12' and attic trusses will be used to gain living space above the garage. I am currently debating with myself about garage door sizes. Right now I am leaning towards 3 10' wide by 10' high overhead garage doors with equal spacing (2' between doors and on ends) and a 10'X10' on the back of the garage to allow pull through. Or I could do 2 16'X10' doors and one either 16X10 on the back or keep the 10X10 on the back. Any thoughts? Thanks.
