The concept design

That reach fork lift was an awesome auction buy to have on site for a looooong build.

Some special synthetic stucco.

I learned to do stainless steel railings.. and the deck has porcelain wood look tiles so many hrs with diamond 10mm core bits for post footing bolts.

Stainless and glass is not very malleable, i was ordering parts and Mcguyvering the needed glass measurements. The Harbor freight Bauer portable band saw is working like a champ.

It "seemed" like plenty of room...

Do you guys have a "clean room" electronics work area? Seems like it will be handy when adding electric cars to the fleet.

Laying all that porcelain tile took months! And the space fills up pretty fast. One mistake was the led fixtures on the purlins. I guess temperature fluctuations cause frequent need to tap the **** connections to relight a string. Those yellow cabinets are re-purposed "steelcase" office furniture components with tractor paint.

Scored these shelves from a closing Sears store. With wheel dollies for the cars I can still tuck the cars up to the wall.

Happy Holidays and wishes for a Healthy 2022!
