Again, photo was not taken in my shop. I fabricated this using some floor space lent from a buddy.

8' Table - 24" Deep.
- 3" Square Tubing (14G Wall)
- 2.5" Square Tubing crossmembers
- 1/8" Steel Gussets

TIG welded using my Miller XMT 350 CC/CV.

When it was done, hit it again with a brush cup, degreased it, and shot it with my favorite color... Rustoleum Primer! One day I will decide on an actual color scheme and paint all the steel frame tables to match.

Soon to come:

- 1.5" Thick Maple Butcher Block

And here it is with the 1.5" Maple butcher block top... nestled between 2 TGS steel equipment lockers / weapon racks...

What brand are those lockers?

They are TGS. I think if you google "secureit tactical" you can find them.

We used to use them at our hangars for tactical/flight gear and I managed to get two brand new, still in the shipping crates... Plus 2 EXTRA shelves for each, and the ENTIRE rifle rack setup for EACH. That was my score of 2013.

I think they MSRP at $1000 dollars each with these add-ons/upgrades, but don't quote me on it.

I do know this though... They are 12G steel, powder-coated, and HEAVY. That makes them perfect for my use!

Cool stuff Tejaas.
Keep the us up to date on the gunwork.
Nice leather work too.
Where do you get your leather ?

Will do.

A few buddies and myself occasionally tan when we butcher... Any dye work I "outsource" (meaning have an old-timer acquaintance do!) but that's rare.

I prefer the natural finish, oiled well.
