I finished building my Harbor Freight Welding cart today. They must have a magic machine to that many parts in one box and you build something out of it.
My only con is its seems small to me. The floor sample was the same size but the pictures make its seem larger.
The trick to putting any HF item together is to fit things loose and square things up and in my case I add loctight to bolts as I snug them down the cart is smallish but very strong no wobble. With a coupon I spend less than 40.00 after tax.
If you look you youtube there are some good mods to make it even better.

What no pics?

Anyhow I never understood buying a welding cart, you have a welder right? It is a great beginner project and you can learn a lot by building one even if you copy a existing design.

I don't yet have a cart for my welder, but I couldn't even buy the casters locally for what he paid for the whole thing. Then there's the metal, the paint, the hardware, the wire, the gas...I can see why people buy welding carts. Metal in DIY quantities is very expensive where I live.

I got a few of them last year for $34... I couldn't build one for twice that and I just needed something to make it portable. They're great for what they are.

If you're amazed with the parts list for one of these don't buy one of their blasting cabinets...

I understand the cost, I built a cart for my Tig and plasma a few months ago I have about $100 into it and I am still glad I spent the money and time.

Video of the build here.

I assembled mine.
Then welded on a pull handle from an old 7 gal compressor and side brackets to hold coiled lead and tig gun. Their method to hold the bottle is no good.
