Nothing really new, but I just thought I'd share. Was at the Sears outlet and they had a box of the pro screwdrivers for $2.50 each...bought a T40, short driver (probably useless) and removed the bit, drilled it out and stuck it on my HF roto, a ratchet I really like. Much more balanced now, the green handle is too short and small, in my opinion.

I used my drill press vise, and used a 123 block to check for square\straight\plumb. Then I let the vise loose from the table to start, so the bit would center. About an inch in, I tightened everything down and finished drilling. It's not quite perfect, but it's pretty close.
