Hello everyone,
I am new to site (couldn't find intro forum) and thought I'd post some pics of my garage. I have installed an under floor exhaust system , hot water heat, split system A/C, full bath, office, two storage lofts, complete wood shop. The main building is 144' long by 36' wide with 12' ceiling. I have extensive knowledge in steel pole barn construction after 4 builds and if I can be of help to others please let me know. Thanks.
Mike

Looks like a very cool setup. Can you tell me more about the split AC system and why did you go with an under floor exhaust system? Also, how do the 12' ceilings work out with the lift?

Urinal. EXCELLENT !
It seems stupid but the importance is immense in a Man Cave.

Thanks everyone for the responses and compliments,
I will attempt to answer all previous questions:
I wanted to dehumidify the shop as it does stay cool so I found a good deal on a discontinued model split system A/C and am very pleased with the performance.
Before the floor pour I placed PVC pipe to 2 openings per stall (3 stalls) and routed it to the mechanical room where it exits the floor. The lines were pitched for condensate drainage to a sanitary tee with the bottom open to the dirt and leading up to an old boiler draft blower (1 1/2 HP) and out the back wall. Works superbly!
I have 12' ceilings in the main shop area and no clearance issues with my 1994 3/4 ton 4 wl dr Dodge at full lift.
This shop is meant for my own use but I have done work for others.
I am located in mid Michigan so I snowmobile and have a "drive-thru" stall with rough sawn Oak flooring over drained concrete (recessed).
The covered car in the photo is a 1966 Belvedere station wagon. I've been pouring money into it since 1981!
Please find wood shop photos attached.
Thanks again for the interest!
Mike
