insulation, sheetrock, lighting all need serious attention..
I bought this place three years ago almost as you see it here,
it's 30'x60' with a 30'x30' loft space and
the back 20' I converted into an art studio for the wife
so I have the front 30'x40 for my projects, hot rods mostly.
there is an old pneumatic single cylinder lift, a small electric hoist
and I have a beam crane stacked up outside ready to erect.
