I bought one used for a tile project with stand and an add on Dewalt blade.

I think the saw did a very nice job cutting porcelain and ceramic floor tiles. This is not a professional quality saw but to buy one used in good condition is quite a bargain for a homeowner project. The clamping works well enough. The water flow is good.
Not a well thought out stand for transportation but it works to support the saw and can be moved well enough over a smooth floor.

I am laying 6x24 tiles and the saw won't quite cut 24" but so far that hasn't been an issue.

I assume the supplied blade didn't do a good job since he replaced it.

I bought for $120 and as it sat. The original owner had about $300 into it. I plan to flip for 100-120 when I am done. Pretty much a free rental.

I think the saw is a good choice for one or two home projects but I could easily see the saw failing in professional hard use.

I may have the same saw. #97360.
I bought one new for a bath remodel job. water flow and over spray is intense, had to install rubber 'mud flaps' on it. Still, so much overspray, saw is for outdoor use only. The legs and supports are flimsy, crumpled one as i had to move it. You really have to tilt the snot out of it, to get the wheels to engage. HF doesnt include a blade. Their in house blades are pos, they chip tile, and deflect, making precise cuts impossible. The way the motor is hung, makes it difficult to use the square/ fence, wound up making all my cuts by eyeball.
However, it was worth the $250 i paid for it new, out the door
I will be doing another bathroom this fall, and plan on buying a couple of Bosch blades, that were $20 each at Cripe.

I've had several, would buy them for a project, then sell them. Much cheaper than renting a saw. I was getting them for $159, and would typically sell them for $125.

A good blade, and some time getting it all square and it does the job.

Doesn't come with a BLADE! Oh yea, I see that in the fine print.

If I was buying a saw to keep for life I probably wouldn't look at HF. What I paid outright is a little more than the full day rental rate.
