Sometimes you get lucky
We've been in our garage-with-attached-house for 3 1/2 years now, and life is good. I've been plugging away at the various projects that needed to be finished (stereo cabinet, lift install, screened porch, etc.) but haven't had much time to get to the actual finishing of the garages. I lucked into a guy that was selling a "crate" of used red KIWI tiles that were in need of a good hard cleaning but were otherwise intact, for a great price. He said that there were enough to cover two 2-car garages, which is about what I would need for the 'shop' side of our garage so I bought them.
I layed them out over the weekend and after a decent cleaning (many of them still need another scrub) they did indeed cover much of my 22' x 45' bay. There were a few gray tiles as well, so I incorporated them into a checkerboard pattern by the doorwall between the toolbox and workbench.
I don't have any of the angled edge pieces, but the cars don't seem to mind the slight step up onto them, and they really look and feel great compared to bare concrete
