I member in high school I got a tour of the USS Carl Vinson and there was a wrench hanging on the wall in one of the rooms that was at least 5 feet tall, if not larger. Anyone have one of those? :D

Biggest wrench I ever owned was an OTC adjustable that opened up to like 4". Having separate sizes like you do is $$$!

Not true!! I bought my 1 5/8 wrench that is proto for $10.00 and yesterday I bought a 1 1/8 plomb for $3.00!! I will slowly put together SAE and MM sets like this for not much dough!!

What does everyone consider large wrenches? After looking at some of the old farm equipment, I think 2" and over would qualify for me.

I agree, look for my "My Little Wrench Score" thread, I bought 14 USA wrenches for $21.50 and 12 of them were 2" or bigger. The big metric wrenches I have up to 110mm, I have less than $400.00 invested. If your patient you can come across some quality wrenches for little money, a lot of the time shipping cost more than the tool.

That would depend on what you work on. I work on cars so the sizes I mentioned are huge, for you and the farm equipment not so.
