JC, good catch on all. That strong hold is HUGE. What is the inside like?
Your Delta grinder looks complete! Nice save there. There great grinders when cleaned up. What is the voltage of yours?

Thanks guys! Yep, its a Delta grinder. And yep, I'll be doing some rust removal and painting for sure. Got everything super cheap so it'll be worth it. Here's a couple more things I picked up also. Blackhawk floor jack and a big 'ole anvil.

Dads got a chain fall just like the one you scored. Pulled many of an engine with that rig when he had his shop.

What brand is the anvil, and what's it weigh?

I've just been going to some of the auctions they have around here. The anvil is a Bullock, which according to Postmans book, was make by Columbus Anvil and Forging Co. and weighs in at 200 pounds.

Any help with the ID on the big jack that I have? I know its a Blackhawk but is it an S4? Its damn near 5 feet long and I thought the S4 was just about 4 feet long and there's no light on it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

The jack in post 1 is a Walker, likely 4 ton. The Blackhawk does resemble an S4, that's for sure.

Great finds! I'm a bit jealous.

That Prentiss #92 looks pretty nice. That's what I have for my main bench vise and I love it.
