So after the split I downsized and bought a new townhouse. It came with a 10' X 24.5' 1 Plus garage, just enough room for the bikes and tools etc. So this spring while I had some time off I started to work on my new reduced space (previous house was a 2-1/2 car garage).
Since space is at a minimum I wanted to keep as much as possible off the floor. I started by painting the entire garage white with a grey floor. I used Stonekote by Stonehard on the floors and a semi gloss white on the walls and ceiling. As I had nowhere to move the tool box, it was kinda painted around in place.
I then built the frame for my 6' X 2' bench and started putting up some Wal-mart laundry cabinets. I then put up some new lighting, six - 4' 2 bulb floresents. And also started hanging stuff on the walls.

Here are a few before, during, and after pics. I will get some current pics up soon as the doors are now on the bench etc......

Really nice use of a tight space. Looks like you have optimized it for your use.

Inspiration for all those other town house garage junkies out there.

I was just about to comment on your garage and I see you did MORE! It looks great! I had my FZR600 stolen TWICE years ago and got it back both times. Actually looking at buying an 848 EVO for the last two days. Good luck and I hope you get yours back soon - in good shape too!

I saw pictures of this in the one car thread. I have a 11.5 x 26 but it had a wall making it a 18 long stall for a car and an 8 ft "storage area. Your garage motivated me to finally take the wall out and give me a decent 1 car. Now I can park my lawnmower and my wifes TL in the garage and it should be enough room for a frame table when I start building my truck next year. Thanks!

Love this garage, so clean. I too have to agree with Rich, it looks like you are looking inside of a race trailer!

If I might ask, what brand flooring is that? And what motorcycle lift is that?

Keep the rubber side down!

New toys? I love new toys!

Speaking of the BMW S1000RR, I was just at the BMW dealer today speaking with the salesman about them, finding out when the 2012's are due out. I am still trying to decide if I can crunch my body onto one. Really going to have to go grab their demo bike for an afternoon to see if i can be one with it and not feel like a pretzel with no mustard...
