Looks really good! Congrats!
Just curious, what kind of venting, or exhaust system do You have planned for allowing hot air to escape the roof area?
I have a 30x40 Mueller building near Amarillo.
I had the interior spray foamed after completion. I have a swamp cooler for summertime and 3x3 windows on every side of the building.
For some reason, I decided not to go with ridge vents.
Big mistake.
In the summer, with the swamp cooler running and the windows open on every side, the heat builds up, ABOVE the top of the windows in the shop, and that air becomes stagnant, even with ceiling fans.
The heat becomes almost unbearable even with the swamper running.
I need to figure out a way to exhaust that hot air, but I don't want the expense of powered fans, etc.
I am thinking of adding/building a Cupola to allow that hot air to escape passively.
What are Your plans for heat evacuation?

Very nice build. I dream of a concrete floor like that sometimes.. lol I have a 24x36 pole barn with a dirt floor that I hope one day will have concrete in it, but I just keep filling it up with more and more STUFF!! :)

Thanks! I agree with the venting issue you're having. My old shop had the same issues as you described. I had intended on installing some gable vents before having the building sheeted. But that obviously didn't happen. The wife has had her heart set on a cupola since day one. We both really like the look a cupola creates. I was thinking I might try to construct one of my own, possibly two. But that's the only plan of action right now for ventilation. I still might go the gable vent route as well and since the overhead doors face north/south there would be a pretty consistent flow of air. Time to take action, summer is fast approaching!

Thank you. I understand how a shop can fill up very quickly! I refuse to put anything in my shop until I get the insulation and wiring complete. Get that STUFF out and get some concrete in there!

I cannot keep My garage door open for ventilation due to some sketchy neighbors with sticky fingers.
I have considered building My own Cupola for passive air evac, but, Mueller can supply a prebuilt Cupola.
Not sure if they have a profile to fit Your roof sheets, here is a link.
Edit: They also have Weather Vanes available for the Cupolas. might make the wife happy!

Did you have the roof spray foamed, or do you have an attic that's insulated?

I'm thinking about a Mueller building and I want to go spray foam but I don't know how that will work with a ridge vent and no attic (since the trusses are just clear span).

I had the entire interior spray foamed.
They were training a new guy and the foam is 6-8 inches thick in some places.
They could mask/block off the ridge vent during foam application.
I have been VERY happy with My Mueller building.

By temperature difference, I assume you refer to keeping the heat out? Maybe I missed it but how did you decide on spray foam over rigid sheets or some other method?

Looks great by the way. Keep at it.

Thanks for the compliments!

Yep, I meant keeping the heat out. I chose the spray foam for the rigidity and sealing properties. Sure, it's more $$ but the benefits outweigh the costs. Especially in this Texas heat!

I plan on applying a radiant barrier to the overhead doors. Obviously they will never seal completely, but it should help.
