My little one car garage

Have been working on finishing the garage for a couple months now. Still need to build work benches, paint trim (working on that now), and figure out what kind of expoy I want to use.

When we first move into the house

Insulated it with R13 and hung some shop light up

Then removed some of the insulation to add more outlets. ( I know should have done the outlets be for insulation)

Then came the fun part of hanging 5/8 dry wall

Paint and a little origination

Well im back with updates. Finally got to spend some time working on the garage after doing other projects that had more priority. Still not where I want it to be but this will be fine for awhile. Thanks for looking.

Thank you. Would like to put some cabinets up, Make a shelf between the garage door rails, Add a stereo, and maybe and epoxy not looking forward to taking the sealer off. Need to figure out a better storage/organization system to get stuff off the garage floor.

Would have rather have a lager space! But with this being our first house and liking everything else about the house I can live with the small space.

Little Update, Found a set of cabinets on a local buy sell trade website. Got them paint and put up this weekend.

Feel like theirs nothing on the other wall. Might build one of those folding workbenches on that wall. Now only if i can find the build plans for that.

Do you plan to put a car, or just toys in her? I'd advise against the idea of anything on the other wall if you were to put a car inside of it. If it is just a work space and toy areas, then a foldable workbenxh or work space sounds great! Check out some of the other threads for ideas and ask for direction. Plenty of people have had your setup and making it their own just like you are!
