Hello everyone,
As you can see this is my first post. I have been reading on this site for a long time and finally become a member.
This is my garage that I have built myself. It was slow but well worth it. Here are the specs
34x40x10 (dxwxh)
Concrete Pad (engineer stamped)
-slab with 16"x16" thickened edge, 15mm sturrups, 20mm around edge, 10mm mid slab
-in floor heat
-3 floor drains
2x6 walls
3- 9'x8' R14 overhead doors
1- 36" man door
1 windows
24" eave and gable overhang
Stucco
Epoxy floor
100 Amp service
eventually insulated and I will be putting AgTuff or Tin on the inside.
To start I had to remove a large tree. It was dug up and then filled with crushed rock and packed.
I can't get photos uploaded to the site so here is the link to all the pictures so far.
