My Miller Welder just Died....

Anyone have this happen to there tig?? we were using it last night, and today..nada...it will spark but no power to weld...the pump and all works fine but no real power..am I SOL?? It is a 350DX and is about 1.5 years old...we really do not use it that much..any help??

Are you using the foot control? If so, try setting the control to "Panel" to bypass the remote 14 input. If the foot control goes out it will do some strange things.

I'd go to miilerwelds.com to the forum. They are excellent. I wish they had hr meters on these machines. Sorry to hear of your problem. Good luck with it.

Read the manual on setting the High Freq gap/ points. I had it happen on my Snycwave.

Some time just measuring the gap with a feeler gauge will "Clean" the gap
