So, I take advantage of the Craftsman Club savings and the extra 10% for the Midnight Madness sale.

The Sears website leaves something to be desired as far as correct info. I really was only interested in the long shank wrenches, but the 13 piece didn't say they were longs. Only the 9 piece was listed as longs.

Ok, so I order up 2 of the 9 piece. One metric, one SAE. I go to pick them up at the Tacoma Sears. I get there and see that the 13 piece is also a long wrench. Bummer!! To buy the extras to fill out the 9 piece sets were more bucks.

So I go to the counter and ask to swap out the 13 piece sets for the 9 piece sets. The guy tells me no problem! Even though the discount was only for online purchases.

Gives me the Craftsman club discount, the 10% midnight sale price (and properly as well, before the CC discount). I was able to get the right sets for just 30 bucks more than the 9 piece sets. Saved 60 bucks over buying individual pieces.

So, there you have it. Got the big discount, the sets I wanted and zero hassle. Took about 45 minutes to get it all done, but they busted their butts to make me happy.

Just thought people should hear some good experiences at Sears, instead of how they ****.
