I found this Compressor over the weekend on Craigslist , made the phone call , told the guy I was on my way to pick up MY Compressor .:bounce:

Almost a brand new compressor , still on the pallet , 25ft hose reel , and water seperator all for $250 , I feel I got a great deal .

Now need to get it wired up , and pick up some hockey pucks.

You feel you good a good deal???? You FEELyou got a good deal???

You damn-well STOLE that thing!!!! I've seen reels and seperators that sell for that much!!! Even thought it's a single cylinder unit, it's still a great unit at a heck of a price! And isn't that a retractable reel? Jeesh.

I don't really like the terminology...but have to say, you sir, "****"!!

He said he was moving and could not carry them .

The reel was hung out and would not go back in , works great now:thumbup:

Thanks Guys I feel like its Christmas :bounce:

I'm going to run some airlines in the garage later, can I just put the seperator on and use like that , til I run the lines ?

Bob currently I have a filter hooked right to my compressor with the airline hooked right to that ( I do have $200.00 worth of copper and fitting and such and 2 new $23.99 hose reels ) . I will get around2it eventually :D.

Excellent deal! I picked up the same compressor, also from a Craigslist ad, just about 1 year ago. Mine has a 2004 date on the pressure tank data plate, and is old enough to still have the made in USA pump on it.

Gave $275 for mine, without the separator or hose reel. Mine also looked as new - it had been installed in a closet in his semi-finished basement and piped with 1/2" PVC :shocking: out to his garage (I know, I know, I'm not recomending it, that's just how he had done it.) I think the fellow was needing money, just by the looks of the situation.

I went ahead and put in the copper piping system I had been wanting to, and am very happy with the whole setup. I don't have a big blast cabinet, air grinder, or other major air hogs, but it handles everything else I have thrown at it with ease.

Yes, very good score that should provide many years of good air for you. There are some good deals on craigslist to be found.

Great score!

The only way it would have been better is if it was a dual pump quincy on an 80 gallon tank with the controller box for $200 like my compressor find :)

Sorry, just had to rub it in.

I too love craigslist.

I have that same compressor I bought a few days ago actually.

It's 2 cylinder single stage. Around 10cfm at 90psi.
