Looks great! I can't wait for mine to be up. At first, I was going to do the same.......30x40x12 with 2 10x10 overheads but a friend convinced me to do just one 12x10 and another 10x10 on the other gable end to drive thru & get cross winds/sun light in the summer.

You getting a 2 post, 4 post lift?

My 34x54 pole building has garage sized doors on opposite ends and it makes for great ventilation,,, and a nice breeze on the hottest days!
Just make sure theyre insulated, for winter.

looks awfully nice...I am doing site work for a 34x70 pole barn with a 20' eve height and a second level over 2/3 of the floor space, leaving room for a 2 post lift. Now if the rain would only stop:)

Looking great! Hopefully I will get to build one later this year. A lot of people here recommend 14 ft height on walls , where do you plan your lift placement?
