Amish furniture store up the road has the gliders. There are made out of the composite decking material.
You know how wives are, you got a polebarn, what do I get. lol.

Could you give a rough estimate on what you have in the building with material, concrete and labor. Trying to get some ideas in my head.

I'll break it down. 32 k was total. 36x48 12' walls, with 8 foot leanto, 16' foot bonus room, skylight, wainscot belt. 6"concrete with fiber and mesh, and floor drains. Also two 10x10 rollups, two 36" entry doors, four 3x3 windows. And trimmed out leanto ceiling and poles. Like I said before, he used better material then other's I researched. and used osb and vapor barrier on roof.

Very cool. The fit and finish is top notch! I had that Weird Al Yankovic song stuck in my head while scrolling through this thread though.

Fantastic work, those guys are damn good! My dad and I built a pole barn once and I wouldn't want to do it again!

Some updates. rented a trencher and installed a 100 amp sub panel in the barn. I am not an electrician, so don't beat me up to bad. It did get by the inspector :)

thru up a bunch of 100 watt equivalent led bulbs, not crazy about florescent. they total out to less then 250 watts. pretty bright. The four can lights are also pretty bright. I think they were only 40 or 60 watt equivalent.

Here in Central MI are you? I'm looking at building either a 30 x 50 or 40 x 60 next year. We have a place up by Gaylord.

Very nice garage and thanks for the pics

Can I please get their name and number. PM me if you want. Might you know if they would travel that far for a build? I guess if anything it would add to the price of one.

Haven't got a quote yet, but was looking at the pole barns on Midwest Pole Barns in Midland.

Fabulous build! Love to see what pride in your work can accomplish.

No plans to insulate the rest of the shop? Do they ever install building wrap on the wall prior to installing the steel wall panels?

Beautiful room BTW. How do you plan to use it?

No plans to insulate rest of the barn. Just steel panels on walls, no wrap. Going to put a freezer and some shelving in the bonus room for food and storage because our house has no basement. Barn is filling up quick tho. Just picked up a used mini excavator. was going to get a backhoe for the tractor. but used digger wasn't a whole lot more.
