My new and first shop...work in progress

Bought our second home and it came with this extra room in the back of the house. Previous owner use it as a gym. I will convert it into a shop to keep everything we own that has 2 wheels. It's almost square, 22'x24'

First off I took down lots of peg board. All the white wall you see had peg board and part of the wall where the sink is. I don't know what this guy had but that's a lot. I still have more in the garage

Just finished putting the second coat on the red wall. Once all the painting is finished I will order some Racedeck flooring. Start to organize some of the cabinets and tool boxes, hang posters.
The wood workbench you see is attached to the wall. I took half of it and it took some work by myself. So I'm leaving the other half in place.

You can't go wrong with red. God daughter did here bedroom walls in red. I was able to find red plugs, switches, and plates. They looked good but in your case you might use a secondary color from your Race Deck.

Got the new RaceDeck on this weekend. Here are some pics of the installation progress. Got to say RaceDeck make a quality product and i'm happy with it.

42" HD TV mounted yesterday.

Just got new Diamond Plate for the wall. It will be installed over the weekend. Just need to measure and cut out some outlets holes. It will be going in these 2 walls where the sink is.

it's been a while since i last posted some updates but finally have my shop 95% complete. All I have to do is hang a few more posters and get a lift.

Love the Red!!!!!!!! No offense to anyone, but the gray's, blacks with colored stripes, etc are about as old as dirt. Congrats on the space and love what you've done so far!!!!!!! Keep it up!!!
